Responsible to support, coordinate and drive the compilation of both Commercial and Government tenders and to perform a variety of project administrative duties to support the company in developing proposals, contracts and tender submission. Duties include handling of new enquiry, preparation of fee proposals and contracts. Also provide advice and insight to team leaders for pre-qualification and tender submission.

 

What You Will Do…

  • You will provide advice and insight to team leaders for pre-qualification and tender submission
  • You will support team leaders to ensure bids are delivered in accordance with business objectives, winning strategies, Lead8’s tender process, budget, quality, and time
  • You will be liaising with team leaders to develop solutions for RFQ requirements
  • You will assist and support team leaders with the development/compilation of the Scope of Work (SoW) and technical proposal as required
  • You will be working with the contract executive to complete the tender and contract risk review
  • You will attend and participate in client bid clarification meetings ensuring all necessary information has been obtained
  • You will ensure that lessons learned are documented and maintained after notification of tender decision from the client
  • You will support the development/improvement of the quoting process, tools and working practices
  • You will compile, sort and analyze all previously submitted tender and proposal information to support future bids
  • You will assist with the drafting all required documents for tender submission including tender submission forms, fee proposal, company information and project references
  • You will assist project directors / team leaders to draft fee proposals and coordination with the contract executive and Finance department on relevant issues
  • You will assist project directors / team leaders to fill in contract confirmation form and fee budget form
  • You may be required to perform any other duties commensurate with the position as reasonably required from time to time

 

What You Will Need…

  • A Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in architecture / building / construction
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
